BARBECUED FISH 
1 red snapper (3 to 4 lb.)
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. fat
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Worcestershire
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper

Clean fish and place in greased shallow pan. Brown onion in fat. Add brown sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and water. Simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and pour sauce over it.

Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and continue baking 35 to 45 minutes longer.
