CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 1/4 c. water
2 c. milk
3 pkg. yeast
5-6 c. flour or more
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter or oil
1 tbsp. salt

FILLING:

3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix well.

ICING:

3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Heat 1 cup water to boiling and add 2 cups milk; set aside to cool to warm. Dissolve yeast in warm (115 degrees) water, 1/4 cup and add to flour, sugar, beaten eggs, butter and salt. (Use only a small amount of flour, 2 cups to start. Keep adding and stirring until ready to knead. Knead and place in greased bowl and cover. Let rise until doubled, 1 1/2-2 hours. Let rest 10 minutes.

Roll out on a surface to a 1 inch thick rectangle. Spread dough with filling and roll like a jelly roll long ways. Cut 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place on greased baking sheet, let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. When cool drizzle icing over.
