CINNAMON RAISIN OAT TRIANGLES 
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. apple jelly, or apricot jam or orange marmalade

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and soda; mix well. Stir in butter until evenly mixed. Remove 1 cup crumb mixture, put aside. Pat remaining mixture into a greased 9" square baking pan. Combine raisins and jelly, toss with reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over layer in pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. While warm, cut into 9 (3") squares diagonally to make triangle. Cool in pan and drizzle with Cinnamon icing.

CINNAMON ICING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. milk

Blend all ingredients together to make a thin icing. Drizzle over squares.
