JODI'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
Follow the No-Knead Refrigerator Roll Recipe. After the dough has risen, punch down. When it rises again, roll out on floured board or counter into a 15 x 20 inch rectangle.

1 c. butter
4 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. packed brown sugar

In 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans or 1 large jelly roll pan, pour 1/2 cup melted butter. (May need more butter if using 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans enough to cover the bottom of the pan.) Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar over melted butter. (Again you may need more brown sugar if using two pans, enough to cover the bottom of the pan.)

Spread 1/2 cup softened butter to all edges of dough. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons cinnamon and 1 1/2 cups brown sugar to edges of dough. Starting at a longer side start rolling dough. Pinch ends and seam. Cut with bread knife 2 inch wide rolls. Lay on top of butter and brown sugar (2 across in 9 x 13 inch pan or 3 across in jelly roll pan). Makes 12 to 15 rolls.

Frost immediately when they are done cooking. Bake rolls at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
