BERTHA'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 cake yeast
2 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. warm water
1 c. sugar

Let raise till bubbly. 2 eggs 2 tsp. salt 2 c. potato water

Flour to stiffen (approximately 2 cups). Let raise twice. Roll flat. Spread with butter, sprinkle with a lot of cinnamon and sugar. Cut; placer in greased and floured baking pans. Bake at 350 degrees.

ICING:

Powdered sugar
Little bit of milk
Little bit vanilla
Little bit Crisco

Whip and spread.
