FRESH RHUBARB CRISP 
6 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/3 c. unsifted flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter

Place rhubarb mixed with white sugar in buttered 8 inch square baking dish. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon. Cut butter with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream. Makes 4-6 servings.
