RASPBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 c. berries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix together Jello, sugar, and boiling water. Add berries and lemon juice. Chill until thickened. Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Spread on bottom of crust, then berry mixture. Top with whipped cream.
