FRUIT CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. onion, chopped fine

Bring creamed cheese to room temperature. Combine all ingredients (except pecans) and stir with fork. Chill. Shape into a ball, then roll in the finely chopped pecans. Store in covered container in refrigerator until ready to use.
