MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. self-rising meal
1 c. onions, chopped
3 eggs
2 c. cheese, grated
1 can cream style corn
3 sm. hot peppers (cut up)
1 lb. hamburger meat

Stir eggs into meal. Add onion, corn and hot peppers. Grease a large skillet. Pour in 1/2 of corn bread batter. Cover batter with (cooked) crumbled hamburger meat and cheese. Cover with the rest of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done.
