FRUIT SOUP 
3 tsp. quick cook tapioca
3 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 orange, sliced and peeled
1 banana, sliced and peeled
1/2 c. sliced strawberries, or green grapes
1 tsp. lemon juice

Stir tapioca, sugar and salt into one cup water in saucepan. Heat to a full rolling boil, stirring. Pour into medium size bowl. Stir in juice and add remaining water; cool 15 minutes; stir; cover and chill. Stir in fruits and lemon juice. Any fruits can be used. When fresh fruit is not available use oranges, bananas and fruit cocktail.
