MOON CAKE | |
1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs 2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese Cool Whip Chocolate syrup Nuts, chopped Mix 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter. Bring to a boil. Add 1 cup flour all at once and stir rapidly until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat in 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well with wooden spoon or mixer. Spread on ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Leave in pan as it is when it comes from oven. Mix pudding as directions on package. Beat in cream cheese, spread on crust. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Top with Cool Whip. Before serving drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts. |
