CORNMEAL CORN PUDDING 
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1/2 lb. (may be more) sharp Cheddar cheese

Bake uncovered in pan of water 1 hour at 350.
