COTTAGE EGGS 
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. cream style cottage cheese
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 tsp. butter
3 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Combine eggs, cottage cheese and pepper. Set aside. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture. Cook, stirring often, until eggs are almost firm. Add bacon. Cook until eggs are firm but still moist. Yield: 2 servings.
