BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter (butter)
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
2 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time; add vanilla. Sift 2 cups flour and baking powder together; add to mixture.

Dredge berries in remaining cup of flour; fold berries and flour into mixture. Pour into well-greased and sugared Bundt or tube pan. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. (I use frozen berries.) Serves 12.
