BLUEBERRY CUSTARD 
1 tsp. sweetener
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. skimmed milk, scalded
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. blueberries

Add sweetener and salt to beaten eggs; mix well. Stirring constantly, add scalded milk, a few spoonfuls at a time, to egg mixture. Cook in top of double boiler, stirring constantly, for 30 minutes. Cool and stir in vanilla. Place 1/2 cup berries into each of 2 custard cups. Pour 1/2 of custard over each portion. Refrigerate. This recipe serves 2.
