1 box yellow cake mix
2 c. ground pecans
1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners' sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix cake according to package directions. Make 3 to 5 thin 9" layers. Mix together butter, milk and sugar; fold in pecans. Spread between layers and frost outside also.
