FRIED MUSHROOMS 
2 lbs. small fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. garlic salt
Dash pepper
2/3 c. dry white wine
Parsley

In a frying pan combine butter and oil; cook mushrooms slowly. Sprinkle with onion salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Add wine; cover; cook slowly for 5 minutes. Place in a serving bowl. Garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
