FAMILY FAVORITE PORCUPINE
MEATBALLS
 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt & pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Wash rice. Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat tomato soup and water. Drop meatballs in soup mixture. Makes 12.

In PRESSURE COOKER, cook 10 minutes at cook position. Let pressure return to down position.

In OVEN, bake 1 hour at 375 degrees or until rice is cooked. Bake in covered casserole.
