MALAYAN RICE 
1 can dry burger or canned vegeburger
2 c. celery, chopped sm.
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. rice, brown or white
2 c. hot water
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. soy sauce

Brown the burger, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
