RASPBERRY SURPRISE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry gelatin
2 c. total liquid, boiling water & pineapple juice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice & add to water listed above)
1 reg. can cranberry sauce
7 oz. ginger ale

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese

Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid, then add cranberry sauce. In saucepan over very low heat let cranberry sauce dissolve. Add ginger ale and pineapple; mix well. Put in flat dish. Let set and add topping. For topping, mix whipped topping and cream cheese together. Chopped nuts may be added to top.
