POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
6 med. potatoes, diced or cubed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Brown hamburger meat with onion, salt, pepper, drain. Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Add soup, water, potatoes. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add cheese, mix well until melted.
