CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans boned chicken or turkey or 2 c. left over meat
2 c. left over meat
1 chopped onion
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crushed potato chips (save some for top)
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. celery or chives (opt.)
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
