GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 pt. milk (low fat is OK)
1/2 c. Grapenuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
Salt, nutmeg and 1 tsp. vanilla

Scald the milk. Add the Grapenuts and let stand 1/2 hour. Add the brown sugar and slightly beaten eggs, salt, nutmeg and vanilla. Pour into a greased casserole dish, then sprinkle on the nutmeg. Set in a pan of hot water and bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve cold (preferred) with or without cream.
