BAKED PINEAPPLE 
2 large cans chunk pineapple
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 stick Ritz crackers

Mix first 4 ingredients and pour into Pyrex baking dish. Crush the Ritz crackers and pour over top. Melt butter and pour over top of crackers.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
