POLYNESIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts
1 c. flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 lb. butter

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple, chunks or crushed

Shake chicken in bag with flour and salt. Melt some butter in pan, add chicken. Brush remaining butter on chicken. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees (until brown).

Sauce: Combine all ingredients except pineapple in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. When clear and thickened remove from heat. Add pineapple. Pour over baked chicken. Return to oven 10 minutes.

I used chunk pineapple and also added the following, it was EXCELLENT:
1 Green Pepper - chopped
1 Onion - chopped
1 teas. Ground Ginger
1 small whole dried Hot Pepper
Serve on a bed of rice.
