WALDORF CRANBERRY MOLD 
2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. apple, chopped, unpared
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. walnuts, broken up

Heat 1 cup of the cranberry juice just to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice. Add remaining juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Stir in apple, celery, and nuts. Pour into individual molds or a 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
