CURRIED FRUIT 
1 lb. can peach halves
1 lb. can apricot halves
1/3 c. butter
2 tsp. curry powder
1 lb. can pear halves
1 lb. can pineapple chunks
3/4 c. brown sugar

Drain fruit and place in 3-quart baking dish. Melt butter; add sugar and curry powder. Pour over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
