THREE-LAYER MOLD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry-flavored gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can pitted dark sweet cherries, undrained 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. milk 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add cherries, and pour into a lightly oiled 10-cup mold. Chill until set. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; set aside. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer; add milk, and mix well. Add lemon gelatin to cream cheese mixture, mixing well. Spoon over cherry layer; chill until set. Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir in pineapple. Spoon mixture over lemon layer; chill until firm. Yield: 16 to 18 servings. |
