CASHEW TOSS SALAD 
1 head lettuce
16 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
1 c. cashews, cut in half
1 c. celery, chopped

DRESSING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. salad oil
Dash of pepper

Wash, cut up, and pat dry lettuce; add cheese, cashews, and celery. Mix well the ingredients for dressing. Combine and toss gently.
