GRAPENUT CUSTARD PUDDING | |
2 1/2 c. milk 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt 1 handful raisins if you like 2 handfuls Grapenuts Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Heat milk until skin forms on top (scalded); add to egg and sugar mixture. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle 2 or 3 handfuls of Grapenuts. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Put casserole dish in a pan of hot water. |
