TORTILLA SKILLET FRY 
1 bag tortillas
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (16 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. ground oregano, optional
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Cut tortillas in thin strips. Heat oil until hot. Fry tortilla strips and onions for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients, then sprinkle with cheese. Serve with sour cream. Makes 4-6 servings.
