SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEAT BALLS:

3/4 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash red pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Combine all ingredients except butter. Mix well and shape into balls. Brown well in butter, then drain.

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. water

Combine the first 5 ingredients in large skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Blend 2 tsp. cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. water. Add to hot mixture. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add meatballs. Simmer for 30 minutes.
