ORIENTAL STYLE SWEET & SOUR PORK 
1 lb. lean pork cut in bite-size pieces
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil, optional
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. liquid (syrup from pineapple & water)
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. catsup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green bell pepper, cut in bite-size pieces

Combine pork with next 3 ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove from marinade and saute pork in vegetable oil about 10 minutes, until all pink is gone.

In a jar, combine cornstarch, brown sugar, liquid, vinegar, catsup and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Shake with lid on jar until all ingredients are blended. Pour over pork in skillet, stirring until mixture is thick and clear. Stir in pineapple and peppers. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over Oriental Style Fried Rice.
