FAMILY - STYLE PORK CHOP -
POTATO BAKE
 
12 thin sliced pork chops
1 lb. thin sliced potatoes, about 5 or 6
6 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1/2 c. thin sliced green onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 c. milk
Add salt & pepper to taste

Lightly grease a 13 1/2 x 9 x 2 glass baking dish. Place sliced potatoes on bottom and then overlap pork chops on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add sliced water chestnuts and onions. Combine soup and milk and pour over top. Bake 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
