1 pkg. spinach, clean and dry
6 hard-boiled eggs
1-2 cans mandarin oranges
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 c. bean sprouts
Marzetti (or other brand) honey French dressing

Slice eggs; may use only whites for a lower fat content. Toss ingredients in large bowl, dress with honey French dressing.
