SPARKLING LIME SALAD 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
3 c. hot water
1 (16 oz.) ginger ale or 7-Up
2 big red apples, cut in quarters
1 c. peeled apples, chopped
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can grapefruit sections
English walnuts and red cherries

Dissolve Jello in 3 cups of hot water. Let cool some. Add ginger ale or 7-Up. Coat bundt pan real good with salad oil. Arrange sliced apples and grapefruit sections around sides of pan. Pour a little Jello in pan. Add cherries. Put in freezer to set. Mix chopped apples, pineapple and walnuts to rest of mixture. Take pan from freezer and pour rest of mixture into mold and chill.
