SHOEPEG CORN 
2 cans shoepeg corn
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 stick butter

Drain corn, reserve liquid. Place corn in buttered casserole dish. Mix liquid, salt and pepper, flour and whipping cream. Pour mixture over corn. Dot with butter. Cook for 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees until thick.
