HAMBURGER PIE 
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1/2 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 c. mashed potatoes, fresh, leftover or instant

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook meat and onions together over low heat until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Add seasonings, green beans and soup. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Spoon mashed potatoes over mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes.

NOTE: If desired, spread grated American or Cheddar cheese on top and place in oven until melted. You can dilute and heat the remaining half can of soup the next day for lunch. Makes 2 servings.
