HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
Potato Buds for 8 servings
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
Diced onion
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. milk
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix meat, 1 1/3 cup potato buds, egg, salt, onion, ketchup, pepper, and milk. Spread in pie pan (9 x 1 1/2 inch). Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes. Prepare remaining potato buds as directed on box. Spread on top of baked meat. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3 to 4 minutes longer (until cheese melts).
