HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 med. onions
1/2 c. green pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Creole seasoning to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef consomme

Brown meat and drain. Add vegetables and saute. Add seasonings and soups. Simmer about 15 minutes. Serve over cooked and drained pasta (egg noodles).
