VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. pkg. California blend frozen vegetables 1 can cream of chicken soup OR 1 can mushroom soup OR 1 can celery soup 1/4 c. milk 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz 1 sm. can mushrooms 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. instant rice Heat frozen vegetables according to directions, but do not over-cook. Grease large casserole dish. Combine all ingredients in casserole and heat in oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Or place all ingredients, vegetables uncooked, and remaining items in crock pot and cook on low (after initial high heating) for 4 hours. |
