CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. firmly packed light or dark brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. iodized salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/3 c. shredded zucchini, drained
1/2 to 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Cream sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk; stir well to mix. Sift dry ingredients together and combine with first mixture. Stir zucchini into mixture. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate pieces and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
