CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar (can be decreased)
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
4 tbsp. dry cocoa
1/2 c. sour milk (milk + 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar)
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (opt.)

Mix butter, oil and sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk. Add zucchini. Put into greased 9"x13" pan and sprinkle nuts and chocolate pieces over top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
