CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, oil and sugar. Blend in vanilla, eggs (beaten) and buttermilk. Stir in dry ingredients and zucchini. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes. This is a moist and delicious cake!
