3 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of soda
1 cup chopped nuts
1 can (small) crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups shredded zucchini
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup walnuts (chopped)
1 cup currants

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Stir in pineapple and cinnamon.
