CREAMED SPINACH 
10 oz. frozen spinach, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sour cream

Melt butter in skillet. Add spinach. Let set until thawed. Add seasoned salt and onion. Cover and cook on medium heat until heated. Sprinkle flour over spinach. Blend in and cook 1 minute. Add sour cream. Heat until hot. Do not boil.
