1 can Comstock apple pie filling
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, vanilla and pie filling. Mix with wooden spoon. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased tube or Bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Do not remove until completely cool.
