POTATO ONION SOUP 
3 lg. peeled & diced potatoes
3 med. onions, sliced
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tsp. salt
3 c. water
2 hot dogs, sliced

Place potatoes, onion and salt in 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Add water. Bring to a boil; cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk and hot dogs. Heat to serving temperature. Do not boil. Serves 4 to 6.
