QUICK LEMON PIE 
2 sm. pkgs. Instant lemon pudding mix (usually use Jello brand)
2 1/2 c. milk
1 (9 inch) graham cracker "ready" crust
Cool Whip

Mix pudding mix and milk with hand rotary beater for about two minutes, or until mixture thickens. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate about two hours. Before serving top with Cool Whip.

(Chocolate pie can be made in the same manner.)
