ROAST LEG OF LAMB AND POTATOES 
1 leg of lamb
7-10 med. size potatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Oregano
Salt & pepper

Roast lamb at 325 degrees for 30 minutes per pound. Sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and oregano on meat. At the last 90 minutes of roasting, pour tomato sauce over the meat. Next add the quartered half cooked potatoes. Pour water that you cooked the potatoes in the meat pan. Baste meat and return most of juice to potatoes. Finish cooking meat and potatoes basting often.
